Get the file from TikTok
- In TikTok, open Profile, the menu, Settings and privacy, Account, Download your data.
- Pick TXT or JSON and ask for it. A new account gets it at once, an old one in a few days, and the link lasts 4 days. U.S. PIRG, 2024
- Download the .zip and drop it above, as it is. On an iPhone, tap the box and pick it from Files.

What happens to your file
Nothing leaves your phone. The page opens the zip with your browser's own tools and keeps only the count, the first day and the last. We count that a file was counted and how many videos it held, never what you watched.
